Sarcoids are a chronic germ-cell neoplasia characterized by multifocal granuloma formation in skin, subcutis and internal ograns.

These are extremely rare in dogs.

A differential diagnosis would include hemangiopericytoma, cutaneous T cell lymphoma, fungal granuloma, Spirocerca spp, Leishmania spp, rhabdomyosarcoma and dermoid cyst.
