Fusobacterium spp

Fusobacterium spp are a genus of anaerobic, Gram-negative bacteria, similar to Bacteroides spp. Individual cells are rod-shaped baccilli with pointed ends.

Fusobacterium necrophorum is responsible for Foot rot and Puerperal metritis in cattle[1].
