Horn cancer

Horn cancer is a relatively rare neoplasia of horned Zebu cattle worldwide.

A number of neoplastic conditions have been associated with the horn include:

Squamous cell carcinomas are relatively common associated with the keratin of the horn and frontal bone of cattle. Diagnosis is based on histopathological sample of diseased tissue.

In the majority of cases, radical excision is curative[1]
