Mitoxantrone

Mitoxantrone is an anthracenedione antineoplastic agent.

This drug has been used for treatment of anal sac adenocarcinoma in conjunction with radiation therapy.

Recommended dose in dogs is 5 mg/m2 every 3 weeks for five treatments[1].
